What Monogram makes
Monogram is GE’s luxury, fully built-in kitchen line — appliances designed to be integrated into custom cabinetry rather than set freestanding in a gap. The catalogue spans thirteen categories, organised into four design collections that determine how each unit looks and installs: Statement (bold edge-to-edge handles, stainless with solid brass accents, glass windows and LCD displays), Minimalist (flush install with push or tap-to-open and minimal hardware), Designer (custom Brass and Titanium finishes with floor-to-ceiling panels), and Professional (commercial-inspired ranges and rangetops with larger capacity). You can browse every category from the links below or identify a specific unit in the model library.
The cooking appliances
Monogram’s cooking range covers ranges, wall ovens, cooktops, professional rangetops, and Advantium microwaves. Ranges arrive as dual-fuel and all-gas pro units with an articulating LED screen; wall ovens offer Trivection technology that combines convection and microwave heating for faster results; cooktops come in gas, induction with Glide Touch sync controls, and electric; and the Advantium speed oven cooks five ways — speedcook, true convection, sensor microwave, warming and proofing, and as a toaster — using a blend of halogen and microwave energy. SmartHQ Wi-Fi connects the cooking appliances for alerts and voice control. These share the cooking-platform fault logic, so when an oven shows an F-code the diagnosis follows the same path across the group.
The refrigeration appliances
Refrigeration is the heart of a built-in Monogram kitchen. The refrigerators include French-door and side-by-side built-ins; dedicated freezers, fully integrated refrigerator and freezer columns, wine refrigeration, and beverage centers complete the lineup. All are designed to sit flush behind cabinetry panels or wear seamless stainless fronts, and all share the GE refrigeration control family with its temperature, defrost, and icemaker diagnostics. A side-by-side ZIS, a ZIR refrigerator column, a ZDW wine reserve, and a ZDB beverage center are different appliances built on closely related controls, which is why a rising-temperature or defrost fault reads similarly across them.
Dishwashers, ventilation and ice
The kitchen is completed by fully integrated dishwashers, ventilation hoods, and dedicated ice makers. The ZDT dishwashers hide behind a matching cabinetry panel and report drainage and water-temperature issues through C-codes; the ZV range hoods provide quiet, powerful extraction and are diagnosed by how the blower and lights behave rather than by any code; and the ice makers, from clear-ice UNC and UCC machines to nugget units, deliver specialty ice as a standalone built-in. Each is engineered to be part of the cabinetry rather than an afterthought.
The technology that defines the brand
Across all thirteen categories, the common thread is built-in integration paired with professional-grade technology. SmartHQ connects appliances to an app for alerts and Alexa or Google voice control; Advantium and Trivection reinvent how the ovens cook; Glide Touch gives induction cooktops fingertip control with a synced dual element; and a Smart Oven Probe and Sous Vide Probe extend what the cooking appliances can do. The hardware is Greenguard Gold certified. Each of these features also defines the parts and the diagnostics a repair involves, which is why identifying the appliance first, through its model number, speeds up every visit.
Service, parts and coverage
Because each Monogram appliance is fitted into the kitchen, repairs call for genuine parts and an experienced hand — the right igniters, sensors, and boards for cooking; the right compressors, defrost components, and icemakers for refrigeration; and the soft-close and panel hardware that built-in units add. Our certified technicians service every Monogram appliance across all 50 states and 120+ metro areas, with bookings accepted 24/7 through our form. You can review the full current lineup and collections on the manufacturer’s site at monogram.com. When you are ready, schedule a repair — diagnostic visits start from $129, with the final cost depending on the appliance and the parts required.
